About:

Besmah Enam is a senior at the Macaulay Honors College at Hunter College. She will graduate Spring 2018 with a B.A. in Economics and Certificate in Public Policy with a concentration in health policy. She has studied abroad in Hong Kong and Taiwan.

Enthusiastic about health policy, Besmah has completed internships at Northwell Health as well as completed research at the University of South Carolina on the Maternal Health Care Voucher Scheme implemented by the government of Bangladesh. In the future she plans to pursue a career in international health economics.
