      Sarah Lamsifer is a Senior in the Macaulay Honors College at Hunter College, Class of 2017. She is a Political Science and Special Honors major with a double minor in Arabic Language and Public Policy, and has participated in a wide array of extracurricular activities, including the Political Science Association, Model United Nations, and The Connect Think Tank at Hunter College. During the summer of 2016, Sarah interned on Capitol Hill, working in the office of New York Senator Kirsten Gillibrand and providing research support to the Senator’s Legislative Counsel. She is a current Grove Fellow at Roosevelt House, working under former speaker of the NYC council, Christine Quinn. As an aspiring attorney, Sarah plans to streamline her passions for political theory, law, and international relations at law school in the future. For the 2017-2018 school year she will be teaching English in a French high school through the French Ministry of Education and the French Embassy.
