Daniel M. Fox, president emeritus of The Milbank Memorial Fund and the author of The Convergence of Science and Governance, offered a timely and provocative look at how collaboration between researchers and public officials can lead to more effective evaluation of health care services in the U. S. today. Fox, a noted authority on health care policy, will discuss the ways in which politics, public finance and management and new research methodologies are changing health care in America. Mr. Fox was interviewed by Dr. John E. McDonough, the inaugural Joan H. Tisch Distinguished Fellow in Public Health at the Roosevelt House Public Policy Institute.
