PROGRAM
The Marshall Project is a pioneering initiative in public service journalism to bring skilled investigative reporting to the American criminal justice system. It is scheduled to launch in mid-November. Neil Barsky, noted for his documentary about Mayor Ed Koch, and Bill Keller, Pulitzer Prize-winning former executive editor of The New York Times, will describe how to establish a new journalistic institution in the digital era and some of the unconscionable injustices their staff has already uncovered. Mr. Barsky and Mr. Keller will be interviewed by Jack Rosenthal, Interim Director of Roosevelt House.
