Kelsey Adolphs has worked with the Human Rights Program since January 2016. Prior to joining the program, Kelsey served as the coordinator of a coalition in Far Rockaway, Queens focused on youth organizing and development. Kelsey has worked for a variety of social justice and human rights organizations, and is passionate about creating a space where students can understand issues of oppression, explore methods for holding governments and other entities accountable, and feel empowered to create social change. Kelsey holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, and a Master of Social Work degree from the Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter College, where she focused on community organizing and political social work.
