      Bianca is a senior at Hunter College, where she is majoring in political science and minoring in public policy. Her capstone thesis, titled, “Achieving Food Justice: How Food Security Can Be Fostered in New York City’s Low Income Communities,” adopts a multipronged approach to address food insecurity in the City’s low income communities of color.

      Bianca currently serves as a Constituent Services Associate at The New York City Council. In this capacity, she works on constituent and community affairs. She is expected to graduate in January of 2018 and plans to pursue a Master’s degree in public administration or urban planning.
