      Charlie Houlton-Vinyl is a Senior at the Macaulay Honors College at Hunter College. He is majoring in Creative Writing, is receiving a Public Policy certificate with a concentration in Environmental Policy, and is minoring in Political Science and Environmental Studies.
       
      At Hunter, Charlie was also a Thomas Hunter Honors Program scholar, was one of Roosevelt House’s inaugural Kheel Transportation Fellows, and was a Lisa Goldberg/Revson Honors scholar. 
      Outside of school, Charlie interned for the New York State Executive Chamber Press Office, Governor Cuomo’s Campaign Office, the Council on Foreign Relations, the New York State Executive Chamber’s Environmental Policy Division, the Brennan Center for Justice, and Sam Schwartz Engineering, where he currently works. 
       
      After graduation Charlie is planning to work and travel and is thinking about attending law school to pursue a career in environmental law.
