Mr. Kehn’s research focuses on policy initiatives aimed at people with disabilities, particularly efforts to improve access to health care and care coordination, as well as policies that seek to improve service delivery and system integration. His work has also focused on the availability of long-term community-based supports and services, affordable accessible housing, work incentives and employment, and enhancing independence and community integration for people with disabilities. Mr. Kehn has contributed to research supported by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, the Social Security Administration, and the U.S. Department of Education’s Rehabilitation Services Administration.
