Patricia Talisse is a recent graduate from Fordham University School of Social Service. She was formerly the Youth Representative to the United Nations for Close the Gap. Patricia completed her undergraduate studies at Aleppo University where she majored in Counseling Psychology. During her undergraduate career, she volunteered extensively both as a Girl Scout leader and with the Jesuit Refugee Services in Aleppo. Patricia have been asked to speak at the United Nations in different forums on human rights, migration, and Syrian women’s issues. Currently, she works as Care Coordinator for mental health population in New York City.
