Priyanka Anand is a researcher at Mathematica who studies disability policy, labor market outcomes, and social insurance programs. Her recent work has estimated the effect of Medicaid expansions on federal disability insurance applications and the impact of a $1-for-$2 benefit offset on the earnings of Social Security Disability Insurance beneficiaries. Her research has been published in journals such as Health Economics, Demography, and the Monthly Labor Review. Anand holds a Ph.D. in Economics from Yale University.
