• Bio:

    A native New Yorker, Ryan Yeung is an Assistant Professor in Urban Policy and Planning at Hunter College, specializing in education policy and public budgeting and finance. He has also taught at the State University of New York, College at Brockport and Rutgers University-Camden. Previous to his teaching career, he received his PhD in Public Administration and Policy from Syracuse University’s Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs. He also has a Masters of Public Administration from New York University’s Robert F. Wagner School of Public Service and a Bachelor of Arts cum laude in Economics and American Studies from Amherst College. He has published in journals like Public Finance Review, Public Budgeting and Finance, the Journal of Educational Research, Educational Policy, and Education and Urban Society.
