On Monday, March 20, Mark Holden, senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary of Koch Industries, met with Hunter College students for a private discussion on issues of criminal justice and race, and solutions for reform. The special student event immediately preceded an evening program at which Holden was featured, along with Malika Saada Saar, senior counsel, Civil and Human Rights, at Google, and Rick Jones, executive director, Neighborhood Defender Service of Harlem and president-elect of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
