Roosevelt House mourns the loss of James Polshek, the brilliant architect who led the restoration of Hunter College’s Roosevelt House from 2005 to 2010. His reverence for this historical treasure and genius for adapting space transformed a shuttered townhouse into a beautiful and thriving institute for public policy. We are forever grateful for his work, and send our deepest sympathies to his family.
