Open House New York fans, mark your calendars – OHNY Weekend registration opens at 11 AM on October 1st!

If you’re interested in visiting Roosevelt House for Open House New York Weekend on October 11th, reservations can be made only through the OHNY site: http://ohny.eventbrite.com/. Slots fill up quickly and are first-come, first-served, so be ready to reserve yours early.

(Regularly scheduled tours can still be made for Fridays and Saturdays in October and November from our tour page, at http://www.roosevelthouse.hunter.cuny.edu/tours/).

For two days every October, OHNY Weekend unlocks the doors to New York’s most important buildings, offering an extraordinary opportunity to experience the city and meet the people who design, build, and preserve New York. From historic to contemporary, residential to industrial, hundreds of sites across the five boroughs are open to visit, with tours, talks, performances and other special events taking place over the course of the Weekend. Through the unparalleled access that it enables, OHNY Weekend deepens our understanding of the importance of architecture and urban design to foster a more vibrant civic life and helps catalyze a citywide conversation about how to build a better New York.

ABOUT OHNY WEEKEND
The 12th Annual OHNY Weekend will feature 300 sites and tours across the five boroughs, with a mix of Open Access sites, and sites and tours that require Advance Reservations.  To make reservations, go directly to ohny.eventbrite.com beginning at 11am on October 1. There is a $5 fee for each reservation.
