About:
Korina Rud is a Senior at Hunter College, with a double major in Psychology and Sociology, as well as pursuing the Public Policy Certificate at the Roosevelt House. She is a JFEW Scholar and a Mentoring Program Scholar, as well as a recipient of the Scholarship and Welfare Fund scholarship for the 2014-2015 and 2015-2016 school years. She is involved in the Pre-Law Society and wishes to pursue law school after graduation. She has interned at the Brookdale Center for Healthy Aging as well as at the King’s County District Attorney’s Office in the Special Victims Bureau. Korina has a passion for helping vulnerable populations, including, women, children, and the elderly.
