Savanah Jackson, Class of 2025, is a senior pursuing a Political Science degree and Public Policy minor. Currently a Public Service Scholar, interning at the Office of Council Member Gale Brewer. Experiences include research, policy-memo writing, constituent services and knowledge of local government affairs. Interested in advancing public services for the residents of New York City.

Roosevelt House, an integral part of Hunter College since 1943, reopened in 2010 as a public policy institute honoring the distinguished legacy of Franklin and Eleanor Roosevelt. Its mission is three-fold: to educate students in public policy and human rights, to support faculty research, and to foster creative dialogue.
