The Roosevelt House Human Rights Program invites you to a discussion featuring: United Nations Assistant Secretary-General for Human Rights, Ilze Brands Kehris; Director of the ACLU Human Rights Program & Hunter Adjunct Professor, Jamil Dakwar; and Former Swedish Foreign Minister & Deputy Prime Minister of Sweden, Margot Wallström. The discussion will be moderated by Roosevelt House Distinguished Lecturer, Raza Ahmad.

Roosevelt House, an integral part of Hunter College since 1943, reopened in 2010 as a public policy institute honoring the distinguished legacy of Franklin and Eleanor Roosevelt. Its mission is three-fold: to educate students in public policy and human rights, to support faculty research, and to foster creative dialogue.
