Roosevelt House Faculty Associate Mimi Abramovitz (School of Social Work) was featured on inSocialWork, a podcast series from the University at Buffalo School of Social Work, SUNY, in a two-part interview where she discussed the privatization of human services and the rise of New Public Management (NPM).  The conversation covers evolving economic conditions, historical changes in social welfare policy, and Dr. Abramovitz’s research on the impact of NPM on human service agencies, their workforce, and the clients they serve.  You can listen to the interview here: Part 1 and Part 2.
